Payments: $250 at time of booking is required, and can be paid by check, money order, VISA, or Mastercard. Balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival date, or soon after booking if arrival date is less than 30 days.
Important Rental Conditions:
1. Check in is at 2:30 p.m. Check out as late as 11:00 A.M.
2. Keep windows, doors closed when a/c or heat is on.
3. Please use sand shower when returning from beach (left of building).
Rental charge includes electricity, water, cable, WIFI Internet, all linens and towels, We take pride in the cleanliness of our homes. Representatives are minutes away in case of need.
